项目简介：

表面蒸发式空冷器是一种国内外首创，集水冷与空冷、传热与传质过程为一体的新型高效冷凝冷却设备，具有传热效率高、能耗低、节水、投资省、结构紧凑、安装维护方便、操作稳定可靠等优点；适用于炼油、化工、电力、冶金和制冷等行业各种温度低于80℃的低温位工艺介质的冷却和冷凝。在当前全球能源紧张，大力提倡节能、节水的情况下，在炼油、化工、电力、冶金、制冷等能耗、水耗较大的行业大力推广蒸发空冷，具有十分重要的节能意义和巨大的社会效益。到目前为止，已有500多台各种规格的表面蒸发式空冷器成功地应用到国内外石油、化工、冶金、电力行业几十种装置中，共实现产值4亿元，节省约17亿元的操作费用。

We take the first to develop SEAC in the world, it combines water cooling and air cooling, heat transfer and mass transfer in one. It is a newly high efficiency condensation cooler. It features high heat transfer efficiency, low energy consumption, water-saving, low investment, compact in size, easy to install and maintance, reliable and safe. SEAC is suitable for the cooling and condensation of process medium under 80℃ in refinery, chemical plant, power station, metallugical, cryogen industries. As the world is lack of energy in nowdays, to popularize the SEAC is very improtent in industries that in refinery, power station, metallugical, cryogen which with huge energy/water consumption. It can realize great energy-saving as well as huge social benefit. Since to then 500 units SEAC with different types have been successfully used in petroleum, chimical, metrallugical, power industries at home and abroad. It has achieved the value of output of 400,000,000, yuan and saved the operation cost for 1,700,000,000 yuan.

兰州石油机械研究所为242家转制院所之一，由科研院所转为科技型企业，在体制改革和开发高科技产品并尽快实现产业化占领市场的工作中面临经费不足的困难。2000年“第四代表面蒸发式空冷器”被列为国家科技型中小企业科技创新基金项目。创新基金及甘肃省相应配套资金的支持，对确保项目的顺利实施及成果转化起到了至关重要的作用，推动了该产品产业化、商品化的进程，同时也对企业的顺利转制及快速发展起到极大的推动作用。目前通过企业内部的结构性调整，兰州石油机械研究所已发展成为集科研、设计、生产为一体，具有一定科研生产能力和规模的科技型企业。

Lanzhou petroleum mechinery research institude is one of 242 system-transform institudes, it’s translated from science and technology research to science and technology enterprise. When we are transforming the syetem and developing the high-tech to realize industrialization occupy the market, we face the problem of lack of finance. “the 4th era Surface Evaporative Air Cooler” is awarded the “Science and Technology Innovation fund of middle/small enterprises”. The support by Innovation fund and the corresponding fund of Gansu province make sure the implement of this product and also work on the transformation of production, promote the course of product’s industrialization and commercialization, also have great effect on development and transformation of the enterprise. By changing structure of the enterprise, LPMRI has turned into an enterprise with high-tech which combines the scientific research, design, manufacture in one and also have a certain extend scale and productivity.
